Every month we brought our two Frenchies to get their nails trimmed, and it was a nightmare. It was a scene every time, and you would have thought they were being tortured. I decided to give Angela a try to see if it would calm their anxiety. I was blown away by how well they did with her and Kelsey. We are on our third visit and I almost want to say they have grown to like their nail appt. I have nothing but good things to say about Tails Wagon Concierge. I just wish we would have found them sooner because it has made all the difference!

I recently had to leave my diabetic cat behind to attend an event and nowhere nearby took pets with medical needs, gave Angela a ring and she reassured me that insulin injections are not a concern. He warmed up to her very quickly and I knew he was in caring hands. She also checked in with me every visit and was clear about his behavior and if anything had changed from the previous visit. The 2x a day check ins were informative and reassuring as he’s my whole world and Angela made sure he was cared for and loved in the best ways, treats, pets, and cuddles. We have two dogs, Einstein & Grace. Both have very different personalities and both have been in desperate need of a nail trim. If you need time away from your pet, routine nail care or more intensive one on one time for your furbaby, I cannot recommend Angie enough! She has been absolutely wonderful with our two Shih Tzus, Olive and Shadow and even learned a new skill to help me take care of my crossbeak rooster Elvis.
Not only does she take incredible care of them when we’re away, but she also trims their nails and helps keep them comfortable and well cared for. Olive and Shadow can be a little particular about their paws, but she is so patient, gentle, and calm with them that they actually tolerate it so well.
It gives me such peace of mind knowing they are with someone who truly loves animals and treats them like her own. They are always happy, relaxed, and well cared for after spending time with her.
